Responsibilities
- Manage production of 100 YouTube videos per month across 40 channels.
- Work with 10 creators, each producing 10 videos monthly.
- Choose video titles based on trends, audience, and conversion potential.
- Coordinate with creators to refine titles, scripts, recordings, and edits.
- Hire and manage a scriptwriter for all scripts, using advanced AI tactics.
- Review all scripts.
- Hire and manage thumbnail designer for all thumbnails and variations.
- Review all thumbnails.
- Hire and manage editors for video editing.
- Review all video edits.
- Manage production schedule and post videos regularly, ensuring 100 videos published monthly.
Requirements
- 1+ year experience as a producer or editor of educational talking-head videos.
- Deep understanding of YouTube platform, trends, titles, thumbnails, and editing.
- Strong self-motivation and desire to learn AI scripting and content management.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven to manage complex 100+ videos/month operation.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, results-driven environment.
- Availability for 40+ hours per week.
Compensation
- Base salary $45,000 per year.
- Monthly bonus pool based on company profit from YouTube, potential $0 - $10,000+ per month.
