Mission
- Work closely with product and business teams to ensure the successful go-to-market of business segments in Belgium.
- Focus on value proposition and sales pitch; identify issues and create solutions with sales, account management, and sales enablement teams.
- Gain deep understanding of business segments and personas through market and competitive intelligence, sharing insights with product and business teams.
- Organize and funnel product feedback from the field to influence the product roadmap and iterate on the sales pitch.
Tasks
- Write value proposition and pitch for new segments in close collaboration with sales teams.
- Test value propositions and pitches by joining sales meetings and full deal cycles.
- Create supporting marketing materials.
- Craft and execute creative ideas to unblock sales cycles, such as organizing wellbeing workshops with decision makers.
- Scale learnings from specific cycles to other commercial teams through training.
- Gather and analyze product feedback to prioritize product roadmap to unlock most deals.
- Serve as go-to person for marketing in the Belgian market, building bridges between marketing, sales, and product.
Experience & Background
- Minimum 6 years in Product Marketing, Product Management, or Brand roles, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience defining, positioning, and launching products or services.
- Experience working with commercial organizations or go-to-market teams.
