Responsibilities
- Identify key actions, sequences, thresholds, and intent patterns that predict expansion opportunities
- Define and maintain qualification frameworks and Product-Qualified Lead criteria
- Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and RevOps for tracking, scoring thresholds, and handoff processes
- Iterate on PQL signals to improve lead quality and conversion rates
- Own program design translating signals into multi-surface programs for lead generation and revenue growth
- Design and execute rapid A/B and multivariate tests; analyze results and scale winning experiments
- Leverage product analytics and CRM insights to track performance and identify friction points
- Analyze performance regularly and maintain KPI dashboards tied to sales and revenue metrics
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Data, Product, Engineering, Sales, RevOps, and Lifecycle teams
- Prototype AI-driven workflows, personalization, and predictive scoring; explore emerging AI tools
- Document processes and develop scalable growth playbooks and dashboards
- Ensure programs comply with enterprise-grade security, compliance, and brand guidelines
Requirements
- 5+ years of product-led or performance marketing experience with strong analytics skills
- Hands-on experience defining and refining PQL signals and scoring models
- Skilled in working with large datasets and translating data into growth opportunities
- Ability to combine strategic vision with detailed campaign execution
- Growth hacker mindset with prioritization and urgency
- Experience marketing to mid-market and enterprise buyers and navigating complex sales cycles
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Knowledge of B2B funnel metrics and attribution modeling
- Clear communication and storytelling skills with data insights
- Curiosity and openness to learning emerging AI technologies
