Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative strategies for different ad channels across multiple projects;
- Lead the production process for video, static, and playable creatives with external partners, and collaborate with the in-house team on idea development;
- Collaborate closely with the UA team to analyze results and adapt creatives to campaign goals;
- Generate hypotheses and creative concepts both independently and in collaboration with the Creative team;
- Review and analyze creative performance metrics to optimize and iterate on concepts;
- Conduct competitor analysis and prepare research reports on creative trends.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in creative production for mobile games;
- Strong understanding of casual and hybrid-casual mobile games;
- Marketing expertise 64 an understanding of audience motivation, advertising platforms, and key metrics;
- A strong analytical mindset with the ability to form hypotheses, support decisions with data, and turn insights into actionable improvements;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;

- Background in design, video editing, or copywriting.
