Responsibilities
- Build a continuous market-sensing engine and translate signals into actions, POVs, and executive insights.
- Partner with product management to validate problems, define value, influence prioritization, and inform pricing/packaging; collaborate with strategic partners to craft joint route-to-market plays.
- Craft crisp, differentiated narratives by persona/use case; lead executive, analyst, partner, and customer-facing content and presentations.
- Orchestrate launch strategy, readiness, and metrics; ensure content and enablement distribution globally; set goals and run post-mortems.
- Build outcome-oriented enablement tools and join strategic pursuit meetings.
- Mentor and encourage others; codify reusable frameworks/processes; build inclusive work methods.
- Lead creation of narratives, solution briefs, case studies, web copy, decks, and analyst responses.
- Own KPIs and optimize customer and partner engagement over time.
Requirements
- 10β14+ years in B2B tech product/solutions marketing, including 3β5+ years leading programs or people.
- Proven record influencing product strategy and launching products successfully.
- Ability to size market opportunity, analyze competitors, and translate insights into positioning and go-to-market plans.
- Experience driving cross-functional programs with sales, product management, partners, demand generation, and enablement.
- Strong deck-building, ideation, synthesis, and executive-level storytelling skills.
- Measurement mindset focused on KPIs and funnel metrics.
- Bachelorβs degree in marketing, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 25%.

- Familiarity with customer identity and access management (IAM) capabilities and use cases.
- Background in product and solutions marketing for identity, security, or infrastructure software.
- Proficiency with generative AI for research and content development.
- MBA or relevant advanced degree or equivalent strategic experience.
Salary Range
- USA: $180,000 to $200,000.
