Responsibilities
- Build, customize, and lead demo flows showcasing platform value, flexibility, and impact across various formats.
- Translate technical features into clear, business-focused stories for diverse audiences.
- Use demo environment and AI/prototyping tools to create streamlined demos for keynotes, field support, and marketing videos.
- Own and refine demo assets with feedback from Product, Sales, Competitive Intelligence, and Customer Success.
- Partner with Product to integrate new releases into demos.
- Design and deliver demos for virtual and in-person launches and events, clearly articulating value propositions.
- Monitor demo usage and impact, iterate to maximize adoption and satisfaction.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in demo-led engagements at events, webinars, and customer meetings.
- Partner with research teams to understand buyer personas, industry trends, and business challenges to ensure demo narratives resonate.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in B2B SaaS or related technology, especially technical product marketing or solution engineering.
- Deep understanding of APIs, developer platforms, and technical products.
- Ability to translate complex technical features into customer-facing value propositions.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, SaaS, integrations, and data systems.
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills with experience defining positioning and messaging.
- Proficiency with demo creation tools like Figma and video production software (Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro).
- Analytical and strategic thinking with ability to tailor product positioning to industry and customer challenges.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally to align messaging and drive success.
- Self-starter with strong project management skills.
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
Location
- Based in Denver with occasional travel required.
