Responsibilities
- Lead End-user Marketing strategy across the region with direct accountability for marketing-sourced paid subscriber revenue.
- Manage KPIs including member acquisition, subscriptions, and churn, focusing on growth opportunities within key B2B clients.
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans and optimize processes continuously.
- Own full funnel marketing metrics and KPIs across multiple channels like Email, Push Notifications, In-App Pop-ups, and WhatsApp.
- Apply strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and balance regional market demands.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with local stakeholders to manage initiatives and drive visibility.
- Identify regional trends and opportunities, benchmarking competitors and marketing initiatives.
- Serve as Project Manager for regional end-user marketing initiatives, maintaining quality and adherence to global guidelines.
- Manage the creation of regional marketing assets ensuring brand consistency and using tools like Canva and Figma; HTML knowledge required.
- Encourage innovation, testing, and scaling of growth initiatives.
- Promote wellbeing and a supportive work environment.
Requirements
- Residence in São Paulo with availability to attend office at least twice per month.
- Expertise in end-to-end management of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Proven experience in driving a culture of testing and scaling local insights globally.
- Ability to translate complex datasets and KPIs into actionable business insights.
- Proactive identification of emerging technologies and trends.
- Proficiency in managing multiple projects using prioritization frameworks like RICE.
- Excellent communication skills across various audiences and building synergies among teams.
- High autonomy and ability to push back on misaligned initiatives.
- Capability to identify opportunities beyond usual scope and promptly resolve conflicts.
- Mandatory experience in CRM strategy and growth analytics.
Work Conditions
- Hybrid work model based in São Paulo, Brazil with flexibility discussed with recruiter and hiring manager.
- Availability to attend office at least two times per month.
