Role Overview
- Be the strategic lead for the Gaming vertical, working closely with Product Strategy, Sales, and Marketing to define our right to win in the iGaming and sports betting space.
- Tailor the Product Marketing function to project needs: decide when and how to get involved depending on the product teamβs structure.
- Conduct deep-dive research into the U.S. gaming ecosystem, tracking regulatory shifts, player payment preferences, and competitor moves to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Translate gaming market insights into actionable feedback for Product Management to influence the roadmap for gaming-specific APIs and checkout flows.
- Create compelling, industry-specific value propositions highlighting Trustlyβs advantages in instant payouts, higher deposit limits, and seamless KYC integration.
- Lead end-to-end go-to-market planning for new gaming-centric features or regional expansions, ensuring alignment across technical and commercial teams.
- Develop high-impact sales enablement tools such as gaming-specific pitch decks, operator battle cards, case studies, and ROI calculators to support commercial teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing with proven track record in Gaming, iGaming, payments or FinTech sectors.
- Bachelorβs or masterβs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of the U.S. gaming landscape, including regulatory requirements and the importance of payout experience.
- Capability to design and execute go-to-market strategies, develop sales enablement materials, and contribute to launch, adoption, and acquisition plans.
- Ability to evaluate player trends and operator pain points through a Trustly-centric lens to inform product decisions.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional environments and training internal teams on the gaming product suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for translating complex payment technology into player-first narratives.
Compensation
- $135,000 - $155,000 per year base salary (US-based roles).
