Responsibilities

  • Become an expert on customers and DER adoption challenges and solutions
  • Disseminate and evangelize customer insights across the company
  • Craft compelling messaging and solution-level narratives aligned with company positioning
  • Support Sales, Marketing, Product and Customer Success teams; provide training
  • Lead creation of product marketing collateral including sales enablement materials, fact sheets, presentations, website content, and case studies
  • Support development and execution of go-to-market plans, including sales enablement and promotions
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends, strategies, and differentiation opportunities
  • Inform content roadmap with audience insights and collaborate with Brand Marketing for consistent messaging
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to understand audience challenges and refine messaging
  • Measure and analyze effectiveness of product marketing initiatives, track KPIs, and provide insights for improvement
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in product marketing, preferably in technology, energy, or utilities
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with understanding of product marketing principles and tactics
  • Curiosity and ability to iterate quickly on new ideas
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to distill complex concepts into clear messaging
  • Experience developing impactful marketing collateral including sales materials and web content
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration with product management, sales, client success, and engineering
  • Strong project management to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Ability to independently identify and initiate new projects
  • Passion for sustainability and renewable energy
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
