Responsibilities
- Become an expert on customers and DER adoption challenges and solutions
- Disseminate and evangelize customer insights across the company
- Craft compelling messaging and solution-level narratives aligned with company positioning
- Support Sales, Marketing, Product and Customer Success teams; provide training
- Lead creation of product marketing collateral including sales enablement materials, fact sheets, presentations, website content, and case studies
- Support development and execution of go-to-market plans, including sales enablement and promotions
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends, strategies, and differentiation opportunities
- Inform content roadmap with audience insights and collaborate with Brand Marketing for consistent messaging
- Collaborate cross-functionally to understand audience challenges and refine messaging
- Measure and analyze effectiveness of product marketing initiatives, track KPIs, and provide insights for improvement
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in product marketing, preferably in technology, energy, or utilities
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent with understanding of product marketing principles and tactics
- Curiosity and ability to iterate quickly on new ideas
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to distill complex concepts into clear messaging
- Experience developing impactful marketing collateral including sales materials and web content
- Proven cross-functional collaboration with product management, sales, client success, and engineering
- Strong project management to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Ability to independently identify and initiate new projects
- Passion for sustainability and renewable energy
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
