Alan's growth in Spain
- Rapid scale in a B2B2C model requiring direct engagement with employees for enrollment and retention.
- Opportunity to build lifecycle marketing infrastructure from scratch to drive adoption, engagement, and loyalty.
- Focus on scalable and systematic activation, monetization, and retention campaigns.
The Product Marketing (Lifecycle) role
- Build scalable member activation programs: Create automated onboarding journeys, run live campaigns, build enrollment campaigns, design multi-channel sequences, collaborate with Sales on enrollment, and develop Spain-specific messaging.
- Unlock monetization and strengthen retention: Design upsell campaigns, create engagement campaigns, build segmented programs, identify cross-sell opportunities, and establish metrics frameworks.
- Own technical infrastructure and optimize continuously: Build campaign logic in Customer.io or similar, set up A/B testing, analyze data for optimization, create dashboards, and troubleshoot issues.
You may be a great fit if you have
- B2B2C marketing experience engaging both decision-makers and end-users.
- Marketing automation mastery with Customer.io, Braze, Iterable or similar.
- Data-driven mindset with skills in drop-off identification, A/B testing, and cohort analysis.
- Strategic lifecycle thinking across activation, engagement, monetization, and retention.
- Multi-channel orchestration including email, SMS, push, in-app messaging, webinars, and live activations.
- Creative execution with copywriting and visual asset creation skills.
- Growth obsession with focus on activation, conversion, retention, and business impact.
- Technical autonomy to build, launch, and optimize end-to-end campaigns.
- Spanish fluency (native or fully fluent).

- Experience in healthtech, insurtech, fintech, benefits platforms, or marketplaces.
