Responsibilities

• Constantly generate new ideas for creatives, search for audience segments and relevant messages
• Analyze competitors and creative approaches of products in related niches to generate creative ideas and identify trends on social networks
• Transform ideas into visuals and videos by creating technical tasks for the design team
• Analyze the effectiveness of creatives, find patterns and growth opportunities, and validate hypotheses through creative experiments
• Write UGC briefs for existing modeling agencies, control their execution
• Quick development of creatives for hypothesis testing using AI tools when needed

Requirements

• Experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, creative marketing, copywriting, or scriptwriting of at least 6 months
• Experience in creating advertising creatives for social networks (Facebook, TikTok)
• Confident use of AI-tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze large amounts of information and draw conclusions
• Creativity and ability to generate new ideas and hypotheses effectively
• English B1+

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Google Ads
• Interest in consumer psychology
