Your responsibilities
- You will play a key role in shaping how Mindly communicates with users through creative.
- This is more than just design execution β itβs about understanding users, testing ideas, and continuously improving performance.
- Together with the team, you will:
- Create high-performing ad creatives for Meta, Google, and TikTok
- Generate and test hypotheses to improve creative performance
- Analyze results and iterate quickly based on data
- Research competitors and market trends, turning insights into actionable ideas
- Experiment with new formats, concepts, and design approaches
Your skills
- 2+ years of experience as a Marketing Designer / Creative Designer
- Experience creating digital advertising creatives
- Strong skills in graphic and motion design tools
- Ability to analyze performance and think in hypotheses
- Confident use of AI tools and awareness of industry trends
- Portfolio with real projects and ideas

- Ideally, you are in the CET or EET time zone.
