Responsibilities
- Shape foundational product positioning and lead growth opportunities for Health Plan and Public Sector segments.
- Develop product narratives and sales assets for Virtual Primary Care, Urgent Care, Behavioral Health, and Expert Medical Opinion offerings.
- Act as marketing “producer” for strategic pursuits, creating marketing plans and overseeing the development of tailored deliverables.
- Translate complex product capabilities into clear, persuasive stories and high-quality sales collateral.
- Tailor product narratives and channel strategies to resonate with specific buyers and segments.
- Lead cross-functional teams through high-stakes opportunities, collaborating with various internal teams.
- Maintain understanding of the Health Plan and Public Sector landscape, including buyer dynamics and competitor positioning.
- Partner with analytics and actuarial teams to develop pre-sale analytics tools and create business cases.
- Create positioning strategies and plans to transform product narratives into compelling sales assets.
- Lead development of tailored pursuit narratives, sales decks, and proposals to reflect Included Health’s value proposition.
- Serve as the primary marketing lead within cross-functional pursuit pods while managing timelines and resources.
- Contribute to the evolution of repeatable pursuit processes and templates.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product marketing experience in sales enablement and strategic pursuits.
- Strong experience developing messaging, positioning, and market-facing assets.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in complex environments.
- Exceptional analytical skills and ability to extract insights into clear narratives.
- Experience in leveraging AI to produce marketing content.
- Proficient in Google and/or Microsoft Suite products.
- Excellent communication skills and project management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA a plus.

- Experience in healthcare, digital health, or public sector environments.
- Familiarity with public sector and health plan buying dynamics.
- Experience supporting tailored sales pursuits with customized proof points.
