Responsibilities
- Own and execute go-to-market strategies for B2B payments technology and financing products.
- Develop clear, differentiated product positioning and messaging.
- Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Creative for alignment.
- Support early-stage SaaS product go-to-market strategy and execution.
- Lead cross-functional launches and adoption campaigns.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on integrated campaigns.
- Test, refine, and optimize messaging, channels, and tactics.
- Enable Sales and Account teams with messaging frameworks and training materials.
- Support acquisition, activation, and expansion motions.
- Define and track KPIs tied to adoption and product-led revenue growth.
- Analyze campaign and product performance for optimization.
- Develop a deep understanding of contractor payment management.
- Conduct customer and market research for product positioning.
Requirements
- 7+ years in B2B or B2B2C product marketing.
- 4+ years in fintech, payments technology, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of merchant services and B2B payments.
- Experience with early-stage product lines and go-to market strategy.
- Proficiency with product marketing and analytics tools.
- Highly analytical with strong storytelling skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
