In this role, you will
- Lead the identification and execution of key marketing campaigns throughout the year.
- Develop and implement a cohesive integrated marketing strategy.
- Own the Webflow brand narrative and ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive multi-channel marketing campaigns.
You will need
- 8+ years of marketing experience, with 5+ in integrated or campaign marketing.
- Strong interest in web development and Webflow's mission.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid, fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in product-led growth organizations is a plus.
