Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Go-To-Market strategy across multiple European markets, ensuring alignment with our growth objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of PMM professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with regional market directors to tailor product positioning and messaging to local client needs.
  • Drive customer segmentation and insights initiatives to enhance our understanding of market dynamics and customer preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Growth, Product, and Sales, to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.

About Your Future Manager

You'll report to Natalia, our CPO, who brings a wealth of experience in strategic product vision. She is known for her empowering leadership style, allowing team members to take the lead while providing guidance and support. She is committed to helping her team grow and succeed in a fast-paced environment.

About You

  • Proven experience leading large PMM teams including leadership lines in B2B SaaS or fintech environments.
  • Track record of driving significant growth through strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with experience managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Expertise in customer segmentation, product positioning, and messaging for complex B2B products.
  • Data-driven decision-maker with a passion for understanding market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Fluent in English. French or German proficiency is a plus.
