Responsibilities
- Lead internal and external executive communications including company-wide updates, leadership meetings, and major announcements.
- Design and execute a cohesive internal communications strategy for a distributed workforce across remote, hybrid, and on-site teams.
- Develop and own employer brand strategy to attract top talent, managing external platforms like LinkedIn and Glassdoor.
- Reinforce culture through storytelling highlighting employee impact, customer success, and milestones.
- Serve as a partner for change management initiatives ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all channels and oversee company-wide and leadership meetings.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in internal communications, employer brand, or related fields.
- Proven ability to design and execute communications strategies in high-growth or complex organizations.
- Strong background in executive communications including speechwriting and presentation development.
- Expertise in change management communications through organizational growth and transformation.
- Deep understanding of employer branding with success in talent attraction.
- Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and project management skills.
