Responsibilities
- Assist with logistical planning, including coordinating film schedules and team preparations
- Handle administrative tasks such as contracts, invoice processing, budget spreadsheets, and expense reports, including managing data in Excel
- Collaborate with legal and financial departments to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Support during filming days, helping with on-site logistics, team coordination, and equipment setup
- Identify opportunities to optimize and automate processes, like contract requests and communications with partners

- Ability to work in a hybrid environment (with 1-2 days per week onsite)
