Role
We are looking for a Country/Regional Creative Manager to join our Growth Team and play a key role in scaling our Creative production capabilities in China, esp. Changdu. This is an exciting opportunity for a high performing Operations / Strategy profile who is eager to take a new challenge and grow into a leadership role.
Responsibilities
- Build one or several squads of creative operators (motion designer, unity/cocos developers), tapping into the best local talent pools of the region you will cover
- Prioritize and drive the creative production for multiple games based on product potential and user acquisition strategy
- Identify and partner with local vendors or studios who can produce engaging creatives to support our games portfolio
- Create seamless workflows and processes to ensure production efficiency and highest creative impact on our products
- Analyse creative performance using data-driven insights to refine and optimise strategies, and manage the performance of the external / internal teams you will manage
Profile
- Past experience in a fast-paced environment (consulting, start-up, etc.), if possible in performance marketing / mobile game industry
- You can work in autonomy and are eager to build up a business from scratch
- Understanding of performance marketing, including how creatives influence key metrics (CPI, ROAS, engagement rates).
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Having your own network in mobile gaming creative production is a strong plus
- Fluent in English and Chinese
