- Manage permits, insurance, equipment and logistics
- Build and maintain production schedule and budget
- Coordinate client/agency requirements
- Manage transport, catering and on-set logistics
- Prepare call sheetsand production paperwork
- Ensure smooth daily runand clear team communication
- Plan contingencies for weather, locations and schedule changes
- Manage wrap, returnsand final cost reconciliation
