๐Ÿ“Location: Based in our office on Karangahape Road in Auckland, New Zealand; with some days of the week optionally remote. We are also supportive of fully remote members in New Zealand.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing/Growth Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the adoption of our flagship product Select, and building strong relationships with key partners and photographers to support growth.

Currently, 70% of our signups come through free/organic channels. A key focus for this role is to build and execute a strategy to further amplify organic word of mouth distribution to support a low CAC distribution model.

In this role, you will report to the CEO and work closely with our support and product development teams. Reporting to you will be a marketing coordinator, content writer, and an external performance marketer.

You will be instrumental in changing the behavior of professional photographers as photographers worldwide begin to transition their workflow to implement AI tools within their creative role. To do so, you will work closely with photographers and tap into conversations that already exist within communities.

Your time will be divided between three buckets of our acquisition process:

  • Awareness 75% - Influence the community, finding partners/influencers, talking about the problem

  • Consideration 20% - Drive product adoption via our website.

  • Onboarding 5% - Nurture the customers as they learn about the product.

Pojects you might work on:

  • Develop and implement a marketing plan that aligns with the company's direction and goals.

  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and use data to inform future strategies.

  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.

  • Refine our influencer and referral programmes.

  • Manage industry events to guide conversation related to the problem Narrative solves.

  • Create a lead-gen/nurture campaign to drive awareness and education.

  • Establish engaging social strategy to drive demand and awareness.

  • Guide performance marketing and SEO with external partners.
