We are looking for a Tutor (External Contractor) to support our Growth Product Manager Nanodegree program.
In this role, you will
- Provide daily technical support for students over an online community forum.
- Answer course-related questions and facilitate content for students in need.
- Participate in organizing community activities to engage and assist students.
- Share relevant resources and news articles to enhance community learning.
- Attend regular online meetings with Udacity representatives.
- Stay updated with communications and news in the tutor's community.
You will need
- Proficiency in English and flexibility for CET timezone working hours.
- Technical expertise in product analysis and growth strategies.
- 2+ years of relevant working experience.
- Experience in teaching technical concepts.
- A strong character and ability to connect with students emotionally.
- A relevant tech network for discussions.
