We are looking for a Senior Account Executive for our SaaS products based in Vancouver.

In this role, you will

  • Own the development and sales of our new SaaS product that supports schools in managing absences and substitutes.
  • Collaborate with product teams to align sales strategies with product development.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive product adoption.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions.
  • Collaborate with customer success teams to provide ongoing support to schools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback for product improvement.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Attend conferences and school meetings to promote our solutions.

You will need

  • 4+ years of experience in a SaaS sales role.
  • Strong sales skills with a proven history of exceeding targets.
  • Genuine interest in the education sector.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive mindset towards problem-solving.
