Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Account Executive for our SaaS products based in Vancouver.In this role, you will
- Own the development and sales of our new SaaS product that supports schools in managing absences and substitutes.
- Collaborate with product teams to align sales strategies with product development.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive product adoption.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions.
- Collaborate with customer success teams to provide ongoing support to schools.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback for product improvement.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Attend conferences and school meetings to promote our solutions.
You will need
- 4+ years of experience in a SaaS sales role.
- Strong sales skills with a proven history of exceeding targets.
- Genuine interest in the education sector.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive mindset towards problem-solving.
