In this role, you will
- Join Smartlyβs Global Creative Services team that creates and runs Paid Social and Programmatic advertising.
- Work with brands to design creatives and content for various platforms, including Meta and Instagram.
- Guide clients in visual strategy for their digital advertising.
- Consult on creative best practices for social media advertising.
- Analyze data and improve creative performance.
- Facilitate creative workshops and trainings for brands.
- Collaborate with regional teams on new business pitches.
You will need
- At least 5 years of experience in an ad agency or digital agency.
- Experience in creating tactical ads and branding.
- Knowledge of HTML5 and dynamic advertising principles.
- Proficient in using design software like InDesign, Photoshop, and AfterEffects.
- Understanding of social media ad formats and placements.
- Experience in video production and motion design.
- Strong communication skills for advising advertisers.
- A cross-functional mindset for collaborating with product managers and developers.
