Responsibilities
- Work with our Strategy team to design creative solutions, and support upsell opportunities.
- Design and oversee for email, social media, display, landing pages, rich media, and print.
- Study and utilize our data findings to strategically enhance Zetaโs data-driven creative.
- Take direction from your creative directors and accept senior team membersโ feedback.
- Fully functional and self-directed.
- High/moderate complexity assignments - owner.
- Low complexity assignments - provide oversight/review.
- Regularly lead self and others.
- Maintains relationship with clients - sees the whole picture and adjusts work accordingly.
- Know the details of the clientโs brand.
- Recognize issues even when overseeing other designer's work.

Qualifications
- Experience designing and directing for digital marketing & UX.
- Experience in agencies or in-house.
- Experience creating strategic customer solutions and consumer journeys.
- Awesome verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently without instruction when senior team members are inaccessible.
- The tenacity to thrive and keep up in a fast-paced remote-work environment.
- Comfort in managing multiple assignments while working in a collaborative setting.
