Responsibilities

  • Work with our Strategy team to design creative solutions, and support upsell opportunities.
  • Design and oversee for email, social media, display, landing pages, rich media, and print.
  • Study and utilize our data findings to strategically enhance Zeta’s data-driven creative.
  • Take direction from your creative directors and accept senior team members’ feedback.
  • Fully functional and self-directed.
  • High/moderate complexity assignments - owner.
  • Low complexity assignments - provide oversight/review.
  • Regularly lead self and others.
  • Maintains relationship with clients - sees the whole picture and adjusts work accordingly.
  • Know the details of the client’s brand.
  • Recognize issues even when overseeing other designer's work.

  • A Senior Creative Strategist familiar with the creative process who can bring an idea to life.
  • A confident designer who catches errors.
  • A trooper, who when asked to juggle multiple projects, does not lose their mind.
  • A designer who pushes the envelope, but understands channel and device limitations.
  • A team member who’s accountable for their deadlines, prioritizes accordingly, acts fast and manages their time well.
  • A flexible team member comfortable switching gears & able to apply creativity to business objectives.
  • A levelheaded problem solver with a professional attitude, who’s not afraid to ask questions or for help.
  • A data-curious designer who wants to grow & enjoys working with peers, but still excels at contributing individually.
  • A designer proficient with Adobe products including Photoshop and XD, who is also willing to dive into/learn PowerPoint, Google Docs and Dropbox skills.
  • A professional who is comfortable in client facing situations and presentations.
  • A leader that keeps abreast of digital trends, platforms, and practices.
  • A conceptualizer who plays an active role in contributing ideas in brainstorms and creative development.

Qualifications

  • Experience designing and directing for digital marketing & UX.
  • Experience in agencies or in-house.
  • Experience creating strategic customer solutions and consumer journeys.
  • Awesome verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently without instruction when senior team members are inaccessible.
  • The tenacity to thrive and keep up in a fast-paced remote-work environment.
  • Comfort in managing multiple assignments while working in a collaborative setting.
