What you'll be doing:
- Providing creative direction, strategy, and performance recommendations backed by data and experience to improve client campaign KPIs
- Acting as a subject-matter expert on all things creative to support our Sales team in winning, growing, and retaining clients
- Demonstrating project management wizardry by handling multiple creative requests from brief creation to asset to delivery while staying on time and on spec
- Collaborating with our dynamic Production Team to deliver innovative ad creatives that match client guidelines, surpass expectations and drive campaign performance
What youโll bring to the table:
- 1-2 years minimum experience in digital marketing, strategy and/or art direction. Graphic design experience is a bonus. Please provide work samples if you have them.
- Proven ability to develop strong concepts (ie. the idea behind a creative)
- Experience working and communicating directly with clients
- Experience creating ads, campaigns, or promotional content for digital - this may include social media, email newsletters, websites, paid advertising, etc.
- Additional consideration is given to candidates with advanced experience in graphic design, programmatic, HTML, CSS or Javascript, and/or is a fluent speaker of French, Spanish or German.
