About Credix
Credix is a decentralized credit marketplace connecting institutional investors globally with credit fintechs/loan originators in emerging markets starting in Latin America. We are building the bridge between real-world assets and decentralized finance (DeFi) to empower financial inclusion.
The Role
We are looking for someone to join the Credix team and lead our MarCom efforts. Furthermore, we are looking for a mid/senior profile that has experience with B2B (fin/crypto)tech marketing. You are creative, digital and data-driven and up for a challenge.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience B2B marketing at a finance, fintech, crypto or tech product company
- Demonstrable experience in successful marketing together with the aptitude and attitude required to learn
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading multi-channel marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate conversion
- Experience with defining branding and marketing strategies, KPIs and lead execution
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools with demonstrable experience in SEO/SEM
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills & fluency in English
- A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copywriting and fluent communication
- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and ability to quantity performance
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- You should be keen on working within a start-up style environment and understand the unique responsibility, creativity and flexibility that comes along with it
- General understanding of crypto (and DeFi) is a big plus
- Passionate about the Credix vision and mission ### ### Responsibilities
- Co-develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about Credix and its products and drive qualified traffic to our door
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels such as content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, cold prospecting, EDM marketing, with performance analysis
- Develop and manage a content calendar
- Build strategic partnerships with key industry players as well as relationships with media contacts
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
- Work with marketing agencies to support on campaigns, content generation or other initiatives ### ### Quality Traits We Are Looking For
