Job Description
We are searching for an HR Generalist to partner with our People Operations Lead to build out and support our systems and infrastructure on the People Team!
In this role you will:
- Build and maintain the operations of our onboarding program
- Build, maintain, monitor and update HR systems, HRIS, materials, resources, and files
- Act as the point of contact for employee inquiries
- Partner with the accounting team and provide administrative support for payroll
- Manage employee benefits administration around health, dental, vision, and other benefits/perks by owning the annual open enrollment process, serving as the primary liaison with company benefit brokers, and providing ongoing benefits support for employees
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in an HR role - HR Operations experience preferred
- Strong understanding of Benefits and Leaves of Absence
- General knowledge of HR best practices
- Familiarity with HRIS systems
- Customer service and solutions-focused
- Comfort with ambiguity and building from scratch, comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and process driven
- Values and respects confidentiality
- Team player, highly collaborative
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
