Responsibilities

  • Contribute to product roadmaps using customer insights, business objectives, data analysis, and market research.
  • Maintain deep understanding of product, customers, user personas, and pain points.
  • Discover and frame problems through research, conversations, and focus groups with customers and stakeholders.
  • Discover solutions with ideation, prototype development, testing, and analysis with Design and Engineering.
  • Translate requirements into functional specifications, prioritizing iterative enhancements to improve customer value and support long-term goals with Design and Engineering.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to product development and launch, ensuring requirements are met and changes do not disrupt usage.
  • Contribute to and help execute launch plans supporting adoption goals and KPIs.
  • Document changes and collaborate with Go To Market teams to distribute documentation, educate, and drive solution adoption.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an entry to mid-level technical or business facing role at a product-led technology company.
  • Minimum 1 year direct experience engaging with enterprise B2B customers, including interaction with C-suite and senior executives.
  • Leadership experience professionally, academically, or extracurricularly.
  • Proficient in modern web technologies and design principles; ability to quickly grasp and apply unfamiliar concepts.
  • Creativity and resourcefulness to identify solutions to achieve product goals.
  • Adaptive to changes and capable of making sound tradeoff decisions to support customer and business needs.
  • Proactively manage workload and tasks independently with good judgment in prioritization and time management.
  • Reliable, organized, and punctual in-person or remotely.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; succinct and direct.
  • Able to travel to customers, partners, conferences, and office locations as needed.
  • Experience operating within Product Development Lifecycle at a company following Agile principles and continuous integration and delivery.
  • Experience performing and reporting on market research and competitive analysis.
  • Comfortable analyzing and interpreting data to inform product decisions and strategies.
  • Legally able to work in the United States.
