Responsibilities
- Deeply understand our customers and our market
- Own the vision and strategy for Program Definition and play a key role in defining the broader Vanta GRC strategy
- Distill complex problems and opportunities into clearly prioritized product goals, focus for your team, and high-quality execution in collaboration with stakeholders across the company
- Deliver a high quality product addressing key customer pain points and creating opportunities for competitive advantage
- Help define and shape Vanta's product team culture as we grow
Requirements
- Have 5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record for delivering high-quality products to customers in the SaaS/B2B space
- Have experience and an interest in shipping AI products or leveraging AI technology to solve customer problems
- Possess a customer-focused mindset, proactively reach out to customers and prospects, while simultaneously partnering with go-to-market teams
- Ability to disambiguate complex problem areas, with the analytical skills to make data driven recommendations and decisions
- Be deeply curious, empathetic, and user-centric, with a knack for driving effective collaboration amongst your stakeholders
- Have the ability to bring a product roadmap to life through consistent execution and project management
- Excellent communication both written and verbal, to effectively communicate ideas and requirements to team members, stakeholders, and executives
