Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product operations, product management, or related roles close to product and engineering teams.
- Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences and ability to understand complex products and use cases.
- Proficiency in data analysis and using insights to drive product enhancements.
- Empathy towards user problems, understanding pain points and needs to shape product decisions.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Problem-focused, solutions-oriented mindset with attention to detail and hands-on approach.
- General technical knowledge of software development processes; experience in payment systems is an advantage.
- Proficiency with BI tools such as SQL, Looker, Snowflake, Datadog, Excel/Sheets and excellent presentation skills.
- Prior experience in fast-paced, product-driven tech companies.
