Responsibilities
- Define how our system captures user activity and transforms it into meaningful patterns
- Build the intelligence layer that drives personalization, prioritization, and proactive nudges
- Collaborate across engineering, AI/ML, design, and marketing to surface the right signal at the right time
- Guide how these signals are turned into AI-driven actions and workflows for agents and clients
- Lead the roadmap for activity tracking, insights, and intelligent automation
- Design systems that interpret user behavior and trigger next-best actions (automated or suggested)
- Drive discovery, experimentation, and iterative shipping of features
- Build frameworks to classify, prioritize, and evolve behavioral signals across web, mobile, and email
- Partner with AI/ML teams to translate patterns into product logic, workflows, and in-app experiences
- Turn user behavior into structured, scalable product opportunities
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience with a platform, data, or automation focus
- Experience with intelligent recommendations, behavioral insights, or event-driven workflows
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and align diverse stakeholders
- Comfort exploring fuzzy problem spaces and creating structured plans
- Strong intuition for user needs and passion for proactive tools
- Bonus: Experience working closely with AI/ML teams or shipping AI-powered features
