Responsibilities
- Deeply understand how Rampβs product can work with ERP partnersβ products.
- Work closely with Product and GTM teams to set goals and deliver objectives.
- Own the entire deal process from partner identification through launch.
- Define KPIs and growth targets for partnership success.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing for co-marketing and sales training.
- Engage partners via updates, QBRs, webinars, and co-marketing.
- Collaborate to identify and develop new product offerings.
- Negotiate contract amendments and renewals as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Product Management.
- Experience closing and managing product partnerships related to ERP/accounting platforms.
- Clear communication, structured thinking, good product sense.
- Drive to execute with speed.
- Experience defining API-based product experiences with technical teams.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Experience with Partner Marketing and Activation.
