Responsibilities

  • Deeply understand how Ramp’s product can work with ERP partners’ products.
  • Work closely with Product and GTM teams to set goals and deliver objectives.
  • Own the entire deal process from partner identification through launch.
  • Define KPIs and growth targets for partnership success.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing for co-marketing and sales training.
  • Engage partners via updates, QBRs, webinars, and co-marketing.
  • Collaborate to identify and develop new product offerings.
  • Negotiate contract amendments and renewals as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Product Management.
  • Experience closing and managing product partnerships related to ERP/accounting platforms.
  • Clear communication, structured thinking, good product sense.
  • Drive to execute with speed.
  • Experience defining API-based product experiences with technical teams.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with Partner Marketing and Activation.

  • Experience in high growth startups.
  • Experience with service partner/systems integration go-to-market motions.
