About the Role
- Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the content editing experience
- Prioritize features and improvements based on business goals, user feedback, and technical constraints
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other squads to deliver delightful experiences
- Stay ahead of trends in SaaS, CMS, and AI to inform product evolution
- Analyze usage data and user research to validate hypotheses and improve the product
- Advocate for content editors needs within the organization
- Inspire and lead by example, fostering collaboration and alignment in cross-functional teams
Key Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in SaaS, CMS, or similar digital products, OR demonstrated leadership
- Experience in a fast-paced, product-centric environment (e.g., founding a startup, leading projects, driving cross-functional impact)
- Proven track record of delivering user-facing product improvements
- Experience working in an agile, cross-functional environment
- Strong understanding of user experience design principles
- Comfort with technical concepts, APIs, and developer tools
- Data-driven decision-making mindset with strong communication skills
- Passion for AI technologies and how they can enhance user experiences
- You speak English fluently
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with open-source projects and developer communities
- Familiarity with Strapi CMS or other Headless CMS platforms
- Knowledge of content workflows in enterprises or large-scale digital teams
- Experience building or launching products as an entrepreneur, intrapreneur, or team leader
