Responsibilities
- Define the why, when, and what of products that the engineering team builds, leading cross-functional teams from ideation through launch.
- Build product strategy reflecting Insider’s vision and clearly articulate business value to the product team.
- Define release process and coordinate activities to bring products to market.
- Manage and prioritize product items, generate, develop, and curate new ideas, and continuously benchmark market needs, competition, user requirements, and emerging technologies.
- Define and analyze metrics to evaluate feature/product performance and customer satisfaction, providing improvement suggestions.
Requirements
- Experience using and applying Large Language Models including prompt engineering, evaluation, and tuning.
- Hands-on experience building or using LLM-powered Agentic solutions.
- Establishing and refining quality assurance processes for Conversational AI channels is a plus.
- 3+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Bachelor's Degree from a top-tier university, preferably in Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
- Hands-on experience in Agile Product Development.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects within time constraints.
- Strong understanding of GenAI fundamentals: LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, hallucinations, bias, accuracy, etc.
- Experience working with model APIs like OpenAI, Claude, or Mistral.
- Experience building or iterating customer journeys using low-code/no-code tools and drag-and-drop automation platforms.
- Ability to assimilate customer requirements, design solutions, and translate into detailed product specifications.
- Capability to manage complex initiatives with limited supervision.
- Fluent in English and Turkish.
