Role Overview
- Maintain and improve software for the Hospital Quality Reporting program at CMS.
- Modernize systems to reduce provider burden and CMS costs using HCD, service design, product thinking, and skilled engineering.

Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a Product Manager in cross-functional agile environments.
- Expert knowledge of agile frameworks and ability to coach peers.
- Experience with requirements management, writing and testing requirements, acceptance criteria, and definition of done.
- Superior relationship-building skills in complex environments.
- Exceptional communication skills across business, technical, and creative stakeholders.
- Experience in client-facing consulting or contracting roles.
- Management of complex systems and infrastructure augmentation.
- Ability to identify and mitigate risks timely.
- Trusted advisor on product vision and roadmap.
- Experience deriving business value and managing tradeoffs.
- US Citizenship or legal right to work in the US without sponsorship.
- Background check and Public Trust clearance required.
