Role Overview

• Maintain and improve software for the Hospital Quality Reporting program at CMS.
• Modernize systems to reduce provider burden and CMS costs using HCD, service design, product thinking, and skilled engineering.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a Product Manager in cross-functional agile environments.
• Expert knowledge of agile frameworks and ability to coach peers.
• Experience with requirements management, writing and testing requirements, acceptance criteria, and definition of done.
• Superior relationship-building skills in complex environments.
• Exceptional communication skills across business, technical, and creative stakeholders.
• Experience in client-facing consulting or contracting roles.
• Management of complex systems and infrastructure augmentation.
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks timely.
• Trusted advisor on product vision and roadmap.
• Experience deriving business value and managing tradeoffs.
• US Citizenship or legal right to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Background check and Public Trust clearance required.
