Your impact
- Define and own the product roadmap for our Platform OCR solution, aligning technical advancements with business needs and customer pain points.
- Lead efforts to improve OCR performance, focusing on speed, accuracy, reliability, and scalability across document types and use cases.
- Work with engineering and data science teams to integrate machine learning-driven corrections, dynamic field recognition, and pattern matching models.
- Translate high-level product goals into detailed user stories and requirements, managing the end-to-end product lifecycle.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party OCR and document parsing technologies where appropriate to accelerate performance gains.
- Partner with design and UX teams to ensure ease-of-use in human-in-the-loop workflows and validation interfaces.
- Use data and feedback to drive iterationβtracking model accuracy, operator efficiency, and data integrity over time.
- Champion best practices in product discovery, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and cross-functional collaboration.
About you
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager in AI/ML, OCR, data services, or a high-volume SaaS environment.
- Experience with AI-driven automation, human-in-the-loop systems, or large-scale data operations.
- Background in enterprise SaaS, B2B platforms, or document-heavy industries (e.g., finance, logistics, healthcare) is a bonus.
- Deep understanding of data extraction workflows, intelligent document processing (IDP), or unstructured data transformation.
- Strong technical fluency; comfortable working with engineering, ML teams, and external vendors on highly technical products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when articulating technical and strategic concepts to diverse audiences.
