Position Overview

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for metadata applications and platform.
• Ensure seamless integration, usability, and business impact for customers.
• Lead a team of product managers focused on the platform.

Responsibilities

• Build the next-generation metadata control plane to elevate metadata management and integrate ecosystem-wide.
• Accelerate time-to-value with easy-to-adopt, functional metadata applications.
• Lead product roadmap for workflow orchestration platform connecting enterprise data estate to metadata control plane.
• Develop admin experiences for workflow visibility and clear insights.
• Collaborate with design to create intuitive user experiences for metadata applications.
• Engage developer communities to drive adoption and gather feedback for app framework development.
• Onboard third-party developers and partners, fostering a developer ecosystem.
• Implement tools, processes, and best practices to improve developer efficiency and satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor product manager team fostering innovation, collaboration, and customer-centric culture.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, especially platform or enterprise products.
• Experience developing data integration products is a significant plus.
• Experience leading a team of product managers.
• Strong technical background in metadata applications, adapters, APIs, and modern data stack tools.
• Deep customer empathy with track record of delivering impactful solutions.
• Experience with developer-facing products or similar.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, visualization, user experience, and interface design skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with high organization.
