Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and prioritize system requirements
  • Define roadmap and backlog for internal tools enabling core business functions
  • Break down large initiatives into incremental deliverables aligned with agile practices
  • Partner with engineering teams to refine requirements and ensure technical feasibility
  • Document product requirements, user flows, and release notes
  • Coordinate smooth release cycles with developers, QA, and stakeholders
  • Monitor system performance, adoption, and feedback to identify improvements
  • Ensure tools meet security, scalability, and reliability standards
  • Support continuous improvement of development and release processes for internal systems

Must-haves

  • 3+ years of product management experience with technical or system-focused products
  • Strong understanding of software systems, architecture, and integrations
  • Experience collaborating with engineering teams to define and deliver solutions
  • Ability to translate high-level business requirements into technical specifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in agile/scrum environments
  • Excellent documentation, verbal, and written communication skills

Good to have

  • Background in software engineering, computer science, or technical discipline
  • Familiarity with APIs, databases, and system integrations
  • Experience in high-growth or distributed remote work environments
  • Familiarity with Jira, Figma, QuickSight, Looker Studio, Google Analytics, Firebase, Typeform, Mixpanel
