About the Role

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and prioritize system requirements
- Define roadmap and backlog for internal tools enabling core business functions
- Break down large initiatives into incremental deliverables aligned with agile practices
- Partner with engineering teams to refine requirements and ensure technical feasibility
- Document product requirements, user flows, and release notes
- Coordinate smooth release cycles with developers, QA, and stakeholders
- Monitor system performance, adoption, and feedback to identify improvements
- Ensure tools meet security, scalability, and reliability standards
- Support continuous improvement of development and release processes for internal systems
Must-haves
- 3+ years of product management experience with technical or system-focused products
- Strong understanding of software systems, architecture, and integrations
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams to define and deliver solutions
- Ability to translate high-level business requirements into technical specifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in agile/scrum environments
- Excellent documentation, verbal, and written communication skills
Good to have
- Background in software engineering, computer science, or technical discipline
- Familiarity with APIs, databases, and system integrations
- Experience in high-growth or distributed remote work environments
- Familiarity with Jira, Figma, QuickSight, Looker Studio, Google Analytics, Firebase, Typeform, Mixpanel
