Responsibilities

• Own the strategy to enhance efficiency and experience across existing external insurance partnerships.
• Build integrated solutions enabling customers to research and purchase insurance within partners' platforms.
• Identify and implement new technologies to strengthen digital presence within partners' ecosystems.
• Lead improvements to the agent portal for thousands of agents to research, buy, and service policies.
• Act as a crucial product liaison to ideate, prioritize requests, and ensure delivery meets cross-functional expectations.
• Manage the agile development lifecycle with validated delivery objectives supporting growth plans.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Product Principles and agile methodology with a focus on lean, outcome-over-output philosophy.
• Experience implementing cutting-edge technologies such as Generative AI while focusing on user experience.
• Excellent collaboration skills to create consensus and align diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to weigh value against cost and make critical trade-offs prioritizing key business metrics.
• Data-driven approach with experience in experimentation, analytics, and iterative development cycles.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, action-oriented, humble, and driven by customer value and commercial impact.
