Responsibilities
- Define and own the product strategy for Hello Heartβs clinical portfolio, ensuring products deliver measurable outcomes and business value
- Lead the discovery, design, and delivery of new capabilities that expand the reach and impact of our platform
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 4β6 Product Managers and Analysts, fostering a culture of ownership, clarity, and continuous learning
- Partner closely with Clinical, Engineering, Data, and Commercial leaders to bring innovations to market efficiently and effectively
- Build clear business cases and success metrics that align teams around clinical, product, and commercial priorities
- Serve as a key voice in executive and cross-functional discussions, translating complex concepts into clear, actionable communication
- Champion a bias for action and outcome-driven execution, balancing strategic vision with operational excellence
Qualifications
- 10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years leading teams in digital health, virtual care, or healthcare technology
- Proven success building and launching products that improve health outcomes and demonstrate ROI
- Deep understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem, including payer, provider, and employer dynamics
- Experience leading both B2C and B2B2C products with strong engagement and retention metrics
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills; able to influence and inspire across technical and non-technical audiences
- Track record of developing and coaching high-performing product teams in strategic thinking and execution
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with a focus on measurable results
- Comfort operating in ambiguity with a 01 builder mindset
