Responsibilities

• Lead highly visible initiatives impacting company trajectory including product and feature ownership.
• Initiate, evaluate, and prioritize ideas with specifications to maximize impact.
• Analyze the impact of product changes and plan next steps based on data.
• Collaborate with development and design teams for efficient sprints.
• Create user experiences that are delightful and effective with design team.
• Perform UAT and functional QA to ensure quality launches.
• Work cross-functionally internally to convert insights into product improvements and ensure integration.
• Connect with external stakeholders to meet product needs and requirements.
• Participate in setting strategy and long-term direction for the organization.
• Continuously seek improvements and optimize stakeholder value.
• Own KPIs and focus obsessively on them.

Requirements

• 5-7 years product experience in B2C companies with measurable impact.
• Growth and experiment-driven mindset with delivery focus.
• Strong understanding of business economics and ability to balance technical and business decisions.
• Super analytical with experience using data to drive outcomes.
• Experience launching products quickly and reliably in agile environments.
• Great eye for UX and related metrics.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, attention to detail; ability to work independently.

• Experience with marketplace or subscription models.
• International or global product management experience.
