About the Role

  • Drive funnel optimization and conversion across the entire customer lifecycleβ€”from acquisition to activation to retention.
  • Identify friction points, run high-velocity experiments, and build intelligent experiences that help professionals discover, adopt, and find value in GlossGenius.
  • Leverage AI and emerging technologies to personalize experiences, predict user behavior, and optimize conversion at scale.
  • Define product priorities and partner closely with engineering, design, data science, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Operate in a hybrid environment with 2 days per week in the NYC office.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and prioritize the growth roadmap balancing quick wins with longer-term bets and focusing on impactful metrics.
  • Drive end-to-end product execution for growth initiatives from hypothesis to scaled solution optimizing customer journey touchpoints.
  • Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to improve conversion rates and user engagement.
  • Think creatively about growth problems, including AI-powered personalization and predictive modeling.
  • Deeply understand the customer journey and identify opportunities for activation and expansion.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, and Sales to build seamless experiences.
  • Set ambitious growth goals, define success metrics, analyze experiment results, and iterate rapidly.
  • Communicate growth insights and strategic priorities clearly to leadership and cross-functional teams.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in growth, experimentation, or funnel optimization roles within SaaS or startups.
  • Strong ownership mindset with accountability and proactive problem-solving.
  • Creative problem solver exploring innovative growth approaches.
  • Curious and AI-forward, leveraging AI and emerging technologies for personalization and optimization.
  • Impact-oriented with execution rigor maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills able to translate data insights into product decisions.
  • Experience running high-velocity experimentation programs and A/B tests.
  • Solid growth intuition and understanding of user acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion.
  • Passionate about empowering independent business owners with empathy and a customer-first mindset.
  • Clear, concise communicator working effectively with cross-functional partners.
