Responsibilities
- Deliver Results: Execute product improvements that simplify the insurance shopping experience and increase consumer engagement.
- Collaborate Broadly: Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, and external partners to bring insurance products to life.
- Contribute to Strategy: Provide recommendations to the insurance roadmap based on insights from user research, partner data, and competitive analysis.
- Champion the User: Advocate for transparency and simplicity in all consumer-facing experiences.
- Measure What Matters: Track and report on the performance of product changes, learning from outcomes to inform the next iteration.
Your experience
- 5+ years of professional experience in product management
- 2+ years of experience in insurance technology
- Demonstrated ability to drive outcomes through execution of roadmap initiatives.
- Experience working with partner integrations or third-party APIs.
- Proficiency with data tools (e.g., Amplitude, Looker, or Google Analytics), interpreting experiment results and using data to guide decision-making.
- Utilize A/B testing and user research to drive data-driven product development.
- Familiarity with user growth and engagement strategies leveraging mobile messaging channels.
- Able to clearly articulate via written and verbal communication rationale, tradeoffs, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
