Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain quality standards for all printed stationery and art products
- Define specifications for raw materials like paper and ink, manufacturing processes, and final products
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection plans
- Provide data analysis and reporting with a data-driven approach to quality control
- Collect and analyze data from reprints, NPS, and HP color tools to identify trends, weaknesses, and root causes of defects
- Create detailed reports for senior management outlining quality performance and recommending improvements
- Act as central point of contact for quality-related issues, collaborating across teams
- Work with PSPs to implement process improvements and suppliers to ensure raw material quality
- Collaborate with product development to ensure new products are designed with quality in mind
- Train staff on quality procedures and best practices to foster a company-wide culture of quality
- Travel independently to various US fulfillment locations to ensure quality and performance standards
Requirements
- Excellent vendor coordination skills and ability to manage complex cross-functional processes with many stakeholders
- Self-starter able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and meet changing deadlines on multiple projects
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, pay attention to detail, and execute flawlessly
- Extremely detail and process oriented and deadline driven
- Comfortable with uncertainty and building processes and reports from scratch
- Strong project management skills using systems like Jira to streamline workflows
- Exceptional communication skills for coordinating with vendors and managing diverse projects
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach with meticulous project management
- Bonus points for interest in technology including AI to enhance print quality control and understanding of the stationery or print industry
