About The Role

  • Own and scale the MAX Service Delivery Platform enabling internal teams and external partners to deliver third-party risk management and supply chain detection services.
  • Focus on practitioner efficiency, partner enablement, and end-customer ROI.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute roadmap for the practitioner workstation to automate and scale workflows like risk triage and remediation tracking.
  • Map managed service lifecycle and translate manual tasks into platform features.
  • Own core platform capabilities for partners including multi-tenant management and configurable workflows.
  • Design and manage end-customer client portal experience and build dashboards to quantify service value.
  • Partner with delivery teams and external partners to co-develop and validate solutions.
  • Engage with end-customers to understand TPRM and GRC needs and translate them into requirements.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales on collateral and co-delivery models.
  • Conduct market analysis on TPRM, GRC, and managed services trends.
  • Understand engineering constraints and system limitations for informed trade-offs.
  • Continuously improve scalability, reliability, and security based on feedback and data.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years (5-7+ for Principal) of Product Management experience.
  • Experience in or building products for managed service environments.
  • Deep understanding of TPRM, GRC, or cybersecurity operations workflows.
  • Experience building products for multiple user personas including practitioners and executives.
  • Metrics-driven mindset with experience developing OKRs/KPIs for efficiency and value realization.

Additional Qualifications (Preferred)

  • Experience with multi-tenant architectures, workflow automation, and analytics platforms.
  • Background in cybersecurity best practices.
  • Exposure to data science and machine learning in security or compliance.
  • Experience with partner ecosystems or channel GTM models.
