Responsibilities

• Brainstorm, outline, QA, and deliver high-quality legal compliance courses efficiently, while ensuring clarity, accessibility, and engagement.
• Ensure legal compliance courses meet federal and state regulatory standards as defined by our legal experts.
• Partner with Legal teams to ensure all content is accurate and up to date.
• Innovate new ways to improve course creation through AI-driven workflows and automation.
• Create AI-assisted processes to accelerate content production (e.g.prompt libraries, templates).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering to refine authoring tools and internal systems.

Skills & Qualifications

• Expertise in creating compliance training (such as OSHA, workplace safety, data privacy), showcasing deep knowledge of compliance trainings and their respective training requirements.
• Proven experience translating regulatory requirements into relatable training, preferably in a digital or LMS format.
• Experience working with legal teams or compliance stakeholders.
• High comfort with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity or similar).
• Track record of optimizing workflows using AI to improve quality, speed, or scalability.
• Strong written communication, instructional design, and attention to detail.
• Experience with course authoring tools such as Articulate Rise/Storyline/360 Learning.
