Responsibilities

  • Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Content Operations within Contentful.
  • Apply first-principles reasoning and strong analytical skills to uncover opportunities that unlock efficiency and collaboration for enterprise content teams.
  • Partner with design and engineering to deliver workflows and governance features that are intuitive and impactful.
  • Drive discovery to validate customer problems and prioritize the most valuable opportunities.
  • Define clear success metrics, track impact, and adjust course as needed.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure strong adoption and positioning of your product.
  • Act as a passionate advocate for enterprise content teams, bringing their perspective into every decision.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in product management (or equivalent product ownership roles).
  • Solid technical understanding and experience.
  • Strong ability to reason from first principles and approach complex problems with structured thinking.
  • Highly analytical, with experience using data to size opportunities, guide decisions, and measure success.
  • Proven track record of highlighting opportunities for enterprise customers, ideally in domains serving marketing personas.
  • Customer-obsessed: you start with the user’s problem, not the technical solution, and you relentlessly seek to create value for them.
  • Excellent communicator who can work effectively with diverse stakeholders β€” from executives to engineers to end-users.
  • Technical fluency that helps you collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
  • Comfortable leading discovery, running interviews, and synthesizing insights into actionable product strategies.

Great if you have

  • Experience in content management, digital experience platforms, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Familiarity with the challenges of large-scale content operations (governance, workflows, localization, etc.).
