Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end agent experiences across shopping, ads & after-sales
- Understand B2C/B2B user needs across search, discovery, comparison, sponsored content, and post-purchase support
- Define agent reasoning, conversational flows, and multimodal interactions for the full buyer journey
- Own the roadmap & deliver AI-powered product features
- Lead the roadmap for the Nexus Shopping Agent across shopping, ads, and after-sales
- Write clear specs (prompts, retrieval logic, APIs, UI flows) and drive execution with engineering, AI research & data science
- Shape and improve the agentic architecture
- Define how the agent uses LLMs, structured product data, sponsored listings, and e-commerce rules
- Contribute to retrieval/ranking pipelines and integrate core workflows (carting, eligibility, returns, order queries)
- Build dashboards, monitoring & feedback systems
- Deliver customer-facing dashboards and configuration UI to visualize, tune, and monitor agent behavior
- Implement evaluation frameworks, quality monitoring, and feedback loops
- Drive adoption & cross-functional collaboration
- Partner with PMM, CS & SE to create demos, training, and onboarding for customers adopting agentic experiences
- Collaborate across Nexus, Search, Catalog Transformer, Connect, Ads & After-Sales teams
- Support early customers and promote the Nexus Shopping Agent internally and externally
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in AI products
- Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, prompting, structured reasoning, and retrieval systems
- Experience with AI/ML teams on model evaluation, tuning, and reliability monitoring
- Strong familiarity with e-commerce, shopping flows, ads systems, or after-sales workflows
- Comfortable writing specs for AI logic, conversational flows, ranking rules, APIs, data pipelines, and front-end configuration tools
- Analytical, experimentation-driven mindset
- Fluent in English and French
