Role Overview
- Play a key role in site optimization, merchandising, and daily operations across five DTC home furnishing brands.
- Partner with Marketing, Creative and Product teams to build, analyze and optimize site experiences.
- Support product launches, events, promotions, and advertising.
- Own a process from start to finish and deliver quality work.
- Passionate about building a best-in-class digital shopping experience in a rapidly growing DTC business.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end site experience strategy balancing brand expression and commercial performance.
- Own and drive execution of site merchandising planning calendar for product launches and promotions.
- Develop SEO and GEO visibility strategies, perform keyword discovery and optimization, stay current on AI driven search opportunities.
- Ensure timely, accurate delivery of product listings and PLP merchandising with high-conversion content.
- Analyze site metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Own site navigation, optimize internal search, manage product recommendations, execute cross-sell/upsell strategies.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, merchandising, and product teams for testing and optimization.
- Assist with updating links, swapping imagery, problem-solving, and internal team support.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of e-commerce merchandising experience creating and optimizing engaging site experiences.
- Strong communication skills and ability to connect inputs across teams.
- Highly organized, detail oriented and experienced in project management.
- Strong analytical skills; proficient with GA4, Looker analytics tools.
- Proactive self-starter who identifies opportunities, refines processes, and drives problem resolution.
- Experience with Shopify Plus, Magento and CMS platforms like Sanity, Contentful preferred.
- Knowledge of SEO, GEO and AI-search trends.
